G4G Pittsburgh + Allegheny CleanWays | July 22, 2023

Join Gay For Good Pittsburgh to volunteer with Allegheny CleanWays at the Lawrenceville Three Rivers Heritage Trail. Come out and join us to pick up trash around the river to beautify the riverfront.

All volunteers will be provided with work gloves, life jackets, safety glasses, and tools. We will also have all necessary safety equipment available such as first aid, sunscreen, bug spray, canned water, and light snacks.

Date: Saturday, July 22nd

Time: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Location: Lawrenceville Three Rivers Heritage Trail, Lawrenceville Trail, Pittsburgh, PA 15201

Parking: There is onsite parking as well as accessibility by bus.

Age Restrictions: All ages are welcome, guardian required for volunteers under 18.

Additional Info: Please wear clothes that you are comfortable with potentially getting muddy/wet. Volunteers are required to wear long pants. We also recommend wearing a long-sleeve shirt to avoid getting scratched or coming in contact with poison ivy and sun. It is also suggested to bring a change of clothes in case you have a bit too much fun pulling a muddy tire.

Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are required. We recommend rubber boots or waterproof boots.

Please be sure to bring your reusable water bottle!
