G4G Palm Springs + Mizell Center | November 15–19 2023

We are partnering with the Mizell Center as they host an AIDS Memorial Quilt exhibit and discussion. There are six shifts available on four separate days—choose the one that best fits your schedule! Volunteers will setting up and helping out during a panel discussion on November 15, or providing assistance in the quilt display area November 17-19.

Conceived in November 1985, by AIDS activist Cleve Jones, the Quilt was founded to create a memorial to celebrate the lives of those lost to HIV/AIDS.

Come dressed in a Gay For Good or other LGBT organization’s t-shirt (if possible) and comfortable shoes for standing.
This event is open for volunteers 18 years of age or older.
