G4G PS + FIND Food Bank—Cancelled

Get a behind-the-scenes look at how donated food travels through a food bank. Volunteers will inspect, sort, clean, box and prepare donations for distribution. The activity will include walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and carrying items possibly weighing in excess of 30 pounds. Please note that masks and gloves (provided) and comfortable close-toed shoes, must be worn at all times within the facility.

Location: 83775 Citrus Avenue, Indio, CA, 92201 (Surface parking lot available. Let organizers know if you would like to carpool.)
