G4G OC/Long Beach & G4G Los Angeles Food Box Distribution

Join Gay For Good’s Los Angeles and OC/Long Beach chapters to support our friends at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank  an help feed families at two LAUSD school campuses on 8/4

The number of people needing food assistance keeps increasing.  To support this growing need the LA Regional Food Bank has kicked off a new partnership with the LA Unified School District to distribute boxes of food to students and their families at various school sites using a safe “Drive-Thru” model. All volunteers must wear a mask or face covering to participate. and physical distancing will be enforced. If you have a fever or are feeling ill the day of the event, please email info@gayforgood.org to let us know you are unable to attend. Thank you. 

Date/Time: Tuesday, August 4th 730A-12N

Volunteers Needed: 24 (12 at each site) All volunteers must be 18 years of age or older

Space is limited so please chose one project location and only RSVP if you intend to volunteer. The food bank relies on having 12 people at each site. Thank you!
