Gay For Good and City Plants:  Celebrate and plant TREES this Arbor Day!

Join Gay For Good, Councilmember Joe Buscaino, Cal Fire, City Plants, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, LA Sanitation, the Bureau of Street Services, the Department of Recreation and Parks, the LA Conservation Corps, Koreatown Youth and Community Center, North East Trees, LA Beautification Team, Tree People, and A Cleaner Greener East LA for a day of climate and community action as we plant 300 new trees in Wilmington surrounding the Banning Museum & Recreation Center!

Following the volunteer tree-planting, City Plants and partners will host an environmental community fair with food, music, hands-on educational exhibits, and family-friendly activities.

Volunteer registration will begin at 8:30 AM.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for volunteers. Please wear close-toed shoes and bring a reusable water bottle, if possible.
