Who: G4G DFW + Minnie’s Food Pantry

What: Volunteer tasks can include receiving trucks, preparing cold bags, unloading trucks, stocking shelves, sorting items, preparing boxes, administrative tasks, etc.

Where: 3033 W. Parker Rd, Suite 116, Plano, TX 75023 (adjacent to Chase Bank)

When: Saturday, July 13, 8am – 12pm

Details:

Volunteers should wear close-toed shoes and appropriate clothing such as, jeans and t-shirt. No sandals/flip-flops, extremely short skirts/shorts or low-cut shirts. Individuals wearing opened toed shoes and inappropriate clothing will not be allowed to volunteer.

Must be at least 13 years of age to volunteer.

Please consider donating our most needed items when you come to volunteer!

• $25 gift card from your local grocery store; Walmart, Target, Kroger, Market Street, etc.
• Canned Fruit
• Canned Mixed Vegetables
• Boxed Mashed Potatoes
• Toiletry items

After we’re done, please join us for lunch at Wing Daddy’s Sauce House 3115 W Parker Rd, #400, Plano, 75023.

Minnie’s Food Pantry has brought light to the issue of food insecurity on both a local and national level.
